I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, a great value for the deal we received, but it did have a cigarette smell. The location was convenient with easy access to Brent Cross Shopping center and public transportation, but not very walking-friendly. The staff was a mix of helpful and polite individuals alongside some rude and moody encounters. The dining experience offered a nice variety but wasn't exceptional. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
